I recently applied for vehicle finance, and your company refused me, on the grounds that I have an amount outstanding/to be settled. I am not aware that I owe your company any moneys as I have not banked with you. I have recently even been approved for a credit card and personal loan from your bank, Which I did not take up.
I called the contact center and spoke to a lady (Susan Sekhwale) who does not want to give me the information since I cannot supply her the correct residential address for this "account", who then referred me to the client advocacy number, where I had to leave a message for someone to return my call.
Seriously this acceptable?
