Dear Discovery Insure,
I am unhappy with your misleading service. I joined Discovery insure 01/12/12. The tracking device could only be installed on 05/01/13, reason being DQ tracking was fully booked which I accepted. For 2 weeks after the installation I battled with not being able to see DQ tracking on the website, I called in on numerous times & I was told it would be investigated. I needed to send a print screen of the error. Which I e-mailed on the 18/01/13. Eventually 4 days later I was able to see view the tracking of my car. I also reported the tracking device kept on stating the device is being tampered with. A booking was made for March 13 sometime to sort out the tracking device. On the 25/01/13 I noticed the device stopped recording my trips which I again reported & the device kept saying health check. I asked the consultant does the tracking device affect my Cashback for January & he said no, I will receive 400 points. January's cashback will be paid into my account at the end of feb. I've noticed the points I received for January, 475 does not include any points for my driving. A technician was suppose to come out on the 07/02/13 as he could not make it.
