Ive been trying for 2 days now to get my FREE credit report from XDS but to no avail. Yesterday when I tried logging in my profile was blocked. I phoned and spoke to Carol Teen who requested that I send her my ID copy and proof of address for verification purposes. I did this and then received an e-mail from her asking me what the docs were for. I then had to explain myself again. This morning I got an email from her saying my acc was unblocked but when I tried logging in again I got the same error message. I then decided to call the call centre for assistance. I spoke to some lady who verified my details and said that she would email me my credit report - that was at 10h00. I then made a follow up phone call to the call centre at 11h45 and was advised that it take 48HOURS for them to send me a report. I mean? How come Experian and Transunion were able to provide me with one immediately and you cant??? I demand my report TODAY!!!
