Profile locked - No access to my report

I have been trying to get my credit report for more than a month. I was told to sent my documentation, which I did, and then only to find out that the email address on the website is the wrong one.
I was given another 4 email addresses to see which one sends me a ticket - This was done on Friday - One month later.
This morning I was promised that I will have my report by late this afternoon and then when I phoned, I was told that the department is already closed and that I will not get my report today.

I really think that this is a very unprofessional service and to think that my credit profile is in their hands.
I really hope that someone reads this and take charge.
