I applied online for free credit report with Experian. At the end you are requested to send copy of ID & proof of residence which I did to obtain a detailed report. To my surprise, I received a summary & its not helping me at all. How come I submitted those documents but still cannot get what I expected unless if they still require something else besides what I submitted.
