Call Centre just transferrs and does not help

I logged a enquiry on FNB website regarding the free cellphone airtime I received, wanted to know if it is possible to transfer this to another number (have not claimed it yet).

Call centre (Renee Bickmore) emailed me with a number (011 369 1088) I had to phone and was told that they would assist me. I did this and was told by the agent she cannot help gave me another number 0875759405 before she transferred me. Line was not answered I then called the number again that was supplied 0875759405 agent that then picked up also told me she cannot help and also gave yet another number 0873203277 before she also transferred me. This line was picked up, but immediately the phone was put down again, so I redailled the number 0873203277. This new number does not even ring just goes dead.

I am done phoning and being transferreed from one person to another without being helped, get the feeling that they just "transferring" you not to work! Can someone who knows how to assist from FNB regarding FREE AIRTIME earned contact me urgently.
