I have never had such pathetic service, been told stories for 3 dyas now and my application still not completed, then you call them and get told should they leave a customer for you so what am i not good enough.

My husabnd was apporved through african bank within minutes we were then told to take id and all the rest we done this on tuesday then they required original bank statements which was done this morning we never submitted a letter as we have one account because absa had said that they dont do letters like that this comes from Absa florida wonderful woman Nomsa who had helped me with this. I then again called bears spoke to Ronel at 1:00 who then said oh nothing had been done yet as they require this letter she hadnt bothered calling me in those 3 hrs just to let me know and said she was busy.they obviously dont need business

After she had said yesterday that they are loading the company and again confirmed this morning that within 2 hrs we will know and she will call us, these past two days i have been calling continously without nobody from that branch bothering to even call us and keep us updated. You then speak to the general manager who also isnt bothered to help
