Banking with SB for almost 25 years offered to be a Prestige client due to my accounts been in good standing I was approved with 100% HL with you when I earned a less salary I have HL, Credit Card, Cheque account with you I applied for vehicle finance was pre-approved for R350K online. I chose the car send documents through to banks was approved Wesbank and Standard Bank I choose to go with my bank due to the fact me been a loyal client. Subjected to verification Standard Bank required me to send payslips, due to me working for overseas company (Saudia Aramco) I can only supply my contract details stipulating my earning as they do not issue payslips - SB says they cant accept that and cant call overseas to confirm employment yet SB call me internationally every month to confirm to transfer my salary into my SB cheque account everymonth so why cant you call to confirm employmen and earning? Then i get told RD on my acc which i explained that those were due to the company wrongfully debiting my acc which I had to call SB everymonth to have that debit revised and can supply a letter from thecompany stating that the lady then hang up on me. Is that the service i get for been loyal, Thanks SB
