Worst service ever debits and products

I have never dealt with such incompetent human beings before.
Hi Finance has the most inaccurate system as where they cant even see that consultants has spoken to you.
when i applied with them the consultant inside hi fi Corp at Westgate mall marked my bank as Absa where by i bank with FNB they requested bank statements which i provided and also states FNB.

i later found out that i am in arrears with R2000 which i refused to pay as i cant do their job for them.
then spoke to an indian lady at head affice in Durban from Hi Finance who fixed up my details for the debit to go off End Of August.
i then confirmed that it was loaded for the end of September and recieved a call stating im in arrears with r2700 i went to the mall and spoke to the same consultant which stated she will call me when she has my details as she must have made a mistake on the system when doing my application. it is 3 weeks and recieved no feedback so the weekend its me and the consultant who has not called.
i have spoken to my attorneys who will well be sueing them both for this as i will not pay any arrears for incompetant staff.
