Lack of loyalty to its customers

Hello

I have been a Standard bank customer for more than a dacade since High School, i have had a car financed by them and payed up without missing an installment my house is also financed by them. On the 17th August i went to apply for a loan & they told me i appeared on their Data base and i should go to Home Affairs to get a clearance certificate of which i did along with all the supporting documents which were then faxed to Dept. on the 19th August 2013, they said the investigation would take 2 weeks.

i went back on 27th were i was informed that an avidavit form was missing from the documents (Affidavit by victim of impersonation) which i then filled in and was also faxed to them, on Thursday 5th September when i called the department they say the forms are at the wrong department as i was not impersonated it was then sent to the right department i assume, yersterday i got a call that Standard Bank doesn't wish to do business with me anymore, no reason given i still don't know how my name got on the database and now my bank of 15yrs just tells me i should move to anoth another bank. it's almost a month without answers!!
