Homeloan department for standard bank is the most inefficient ever. Been pushed around for over a month because of incompetent staff is ridicoulous. We have had three reference numbers and applied three times due the """incorrect capturing """ of their wonderful call centre staff. We have 15 emails sent with documents and faxed numerous times (just so that they get it) only to have them tell us they do not have it. Have just been told to apply again for the 4th time because the file is closed. After speaking to Danie, their manager and apparently their specialist Steve was working on it because of all the trouble they have gone through. They have closed the file once again because they have not received the docs. Whatever system they have going to capture documents is DEFINATELY not working. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
