Debiting for cancelled policy

I wanted a life cover with your company but was told i cant due to some reason and already accidental cover was activated. I was not looking for this then in July i did advice the lady who called me to cancel this policy and she tried to convince me to take this cover but at the end we agreed on cancelling this policy.
To my surprise i was debited monthly premium on the 02-09-2013 and I've been querying for refund since Monday. Everyday dealing with different consultants: Tshego, Merisa and Simphiwe.
Merisa did advice me to send you my bank statement to proof that debit order went through, which i did but till today i didn't get my money. WHAT MUST I DO TO GET MY MONEY?
