I thought when I took this maintanance plan from mfc and innovation group, thought I will receive a hassle free service my car is due for service the snanner is flashing it is left with 1300 before 75000, as the process the dealer called ur incompetent call center and was told that I cannot service my vehicle but I've been paying the insurance, I called again some new staff member told me to hold he even hung up on me I want feedback and my car to be servicd as soon as possible or I'm taking this matter to omdudsman as it is not according to the law in terms of the protection act
