I called the Innovation Group last week and spoke to Debra. I have an extended warranty with them for a car I owned, a VW Polo. The policy was on my name but my dad was using the car as I had indicated so the policy had to be on my name. I gave the car to my dad so he changed ownership of the vehicle. I called Innovation Group to update the owner details as I am still paying for the policy and was told that I need to submit my dad's ID (which I could understand why) and the last three services. I tried explaining to Debra that in the period my dad used it there was only one service that took place and prior to that when I first signed on for the warranty I had already provided the service information but she insisted that I needed to still submit records of 3 service history. And I explained why should I have to resubmit information I have already submitted. What is the purpose of this as only one service took place between me owning the car and my dad owning the car? She then indicated that the person that provided that information to her would call me but to date no call.
