I got in an accident with a few things broken such as radiator and bumper. I am a hard working man working shifts and responsible for a lot of things on the plant. Outsurance failed to inform me of anything that has happened since the accident. They were totally ridiculous over the phone with me, accused me of being rude. Failed to phone me back in time and wrote my car off, sold it and paid R8040 into my account without my consent and without letting me know of anything. I just received the money in my account. And thats it. How am I supposed to get another car for R8040???
