I am just baffled by one of OUTsurance's ads on TV / YouTube...

Have you maneuvered past the accident, avoided the risk, dodged the damages, paid all your premiums and navigated your way through another year without claiming from your insurance company, only to get hit by another double digit car insurance premiums increase, leaving you buckling under the pressure of inflation?
At OUTsurance that's not how we do things, so why not switch your car insurance over to OUTsurance, where you always get something out.

I have maneuvered, avoided, dodged, paid & navigated, but still got hit with a rerate letter last week informing me of my double digit increase for 2014...
Now please, I'm curious & correct me if I'm wrong, how do OUTsurance do things?
