In June 2013 someone backed into one of our vehicles in a shopping center which lead the vehicle having to go to a panel beater. We paid the excess amount of R2000 but as the accident was not our fault I requested Outsurance to try and collect the money back from the other driver.
The driver was a student driving her mother's car and countless calls by Outsurance failed to get hold of her. Eventually I thought we will have to "write off" the money. Great was surprise when I received a phone call from Ellenore Brits today that after 5 months they were able to get my money back.
