Good & Bad service

After an accident Outsurance settled the claim but the agent doing the job failed to check damage to the engine. 2-3 weeks after the repair spent R7000.00 on driveshaft problems Outsurance refused to admit that the problems where from the accident. Once I was adamant & got letters from the repairers did they pay up.
well done Outsurance not too big to admit that a mistake was made
