No formal answer on my credit increase application

Good day

I applied for a credit increase on my account and up until today I haven't received a valid reason why, I wasn't approved. No letter no formal phone call, just a lousy sms. I'm really disgusted at the low standards that FNB card has resorted to over the years that I've been with them.

Poor customer service delivery!
