After having my approved for repairs with Budget, I have received no more progress updates and even a straight report regarding my vehicle simply because their panel beater that is unapproved as a repairer by BMW was failing to get the suspension right. Budget left me stranded with their courtesy car that they kept extending for more than 90 days now I have dropped the courtesy at Budget car rental and my bank account is being debited amounts that are supposed to be covered by the insurance.
I have collected my car from Leo Haese where it has been standing for over a month without anything done to it and no decision made by Budget,
I have been calling almost everyday to get some finality on my vehicle but Yatin 0828551073 is not picking up, Chris 0823077991 always promise to come back to me with no avail, panel beater not in a workshop and no phone call returns.
I have now decided not to have insurance again after the night mare from this company.
