It is a surprise to find, although you can log two claims for separate incidents, the client is expected to pay double access, if the repair will be done at the same panel beater at same time... this is in essence un-ethical... the fact that work is done as one "job" at the panel beater and the client needs to fork out double the access...
Then to make this whole interaction with Hollard even more sour and harder to stomach... The first claim is a hit and run, and after supplying all details, the client needs to deal with different departments and actually pursue the case themselves to recover costs incurred... what is the purpose of insurance if the insurance company rips you off apart from the monthly payment they receive...
