I recently wrote off my car and my insurance settled the claim and advised that they paid MFC, yet when i called i was told the the account is in arrears and an agent by the name of Rosey Josephs was dealing with it. I have tried to get hold of this person but since last week i have not been helped, left so many messages and even emailed her.
I dont see why a response or help was never offered.
I am trying to purchase a new vehicle but dony want this matter to affect my new deal.
Can MFC please sort out thier staff and this matter?
