I am disgusted by the bad attitude I received this afternoon from the FNB Personal Loan Call Center. I merely wanted to know when should I be expecting the last installment to go off since I had been advised that the loan will be settled in October. I unfortunately got to speak to a rather rude consultant who was unprofessional to say the least.
In my 3 year with FNB I have been happy and never had such bad service from them. I am really perturbed by the insensitivity and the lack of customer service I received today. It was rather horrific to think that there are still people that don't know basic steps of customer service.
One of the main reasons I moved to FNB from my previous bank was because I believed they had good customer service.
If this is how they treat you when you have a simple enquiry it makes wonder how they treat other customers with less understanding of the financial industry.
I am really considering moving my account elsewhere after this experience.
If I am the client I believe I should be treated like such...
Muofhe Singo undermined me and belittled me in the couple of seconds that I spoke to her and I am not impressed at all.
