Unfair customer treatment

I curse the day I took a personal loan with DirectAxis, My account is up to date, never missed a premium but always get funny calls from their Customer Care reminding you about payment. I have developed a very bad attitude against your Customer Care people because of that. Not sure this is how a customer should be treated. Under no circumstances will I do business with your company ever again if this how you treat your customers, even worse your loyal ones. Can't wait for the day when this account will be finished.
