I would like to compliment Capitec Bank Bayside for the great service that I get from them. Today in particular I received great service from Shaun, a consultant there. I liked his friendly demeanour, his quick, informative approach and knowledge about the banking service that I needed. Going to the bank is normally a tedious task but getting great service from the staff at Capitec Bayside makes all the difference.
Please keep up the standard. Through great service Capitec Bank with it's low cost innovative banking will grow. The banking industry needs to invest in its staff to make this type of service the norm.
