I called in with a claim for my prescription spectacles which accidently broke over the weekend. Being lost without my glasses, Anita understood my predicament and her friendly, understanding and very professional attitude / manner made me feel better. Claim was released within the next couple of minutes and I have already requested the opticians to go ahead with the quotiation.
