Bad Experience - New Custome

I recently switched banks. i switched from Capitec Bank to FNB (The most innovative bank in the world). The switch as promised was done in under 10 minutes, then i registered for online banking, i received confirmation that i was registered successfully. I then tried to verify my online banking on the atm but i could not get it right.
Below is the online query:

I registered for online banking last week, and received confirmation that i have been registered successfully.
Could you please assist me with the verification of my online account, i tried to do it at an ATM but i could not get it right.
I foresee going to the branch a mission impossible, due to my daily work schedule.

I took it upon myself to send another email to Precious Lekopa with the online Ref#: -743946396 who promised to call me back. i have not received her call to date.

I must say the service i received as a new customer is appalling. Now i am worried about payday if i will be inconvenienced.
