77303019 details with Ford Fiesta - Euro Cars
77114079 details with Toyota Corolla Western Crown
The problem with the above claim numbers is that Western Crown closed last year & Euro Cars is in their place, I would love to fix my bumper of my Toyota. I spoke to Matha yesterday who promise immediately that the correct papers will be forward to Euro Cars I got there it was made out to Western Crown. We spoke to Tears who said that Euro Cars must first get a quotation on the car. The more I try to explain tha a quotation was submitted at the begining of the year to your assessor the less she listen. The problem I have is I have taken leave this week to fix my car & currently Outsurance give me the run around.
Natasha previuosly replied on Hellopeter that I must take my car every thing will be sorted. According to Tears the MANAGER DEVAN will contact me, I'm still waiting. I get the feeling because I'm no longer an Outsurance client this is why they give me the run around but the oridinall repairs was done while I was with them. If I cannot sort this out soon, WILL OUTSURANCE GIVE ME A RENTAL CAR WHEN THEY ARE READY TO FIX MY CAR.
