My mom, who is a pensioner have been querying recent double monthly debit orders in addition to incorrect amounts going through on her bank statements, which she has no knowledge of signing nor agreeing to additional cover. Clientele Life is unable to produce statements for all the debit order deductions processed since the inspection of her policy reflecting the exact amounts debited as reflected on the bank statement in order to track the discrepancies with premium amounts. We have been in contact with the clientele calls center which was unable to resolve our query for the last 2 months. This is horrible service from a company proclaiming to look after the interest of their clients
