Absa called me in July to say i must submit proof that my car was insured.my husband submitted that proof and it was confirmed as received..on 1st Sept a debit order went off my account together with monthly instalment. i queried it and i again the documents were sent on the 2nd of September and were confirmed received. i was promised to be refunded within 72 hours..up until today i have not been refunded..an amount around a R1000 or so. i don't have money to go to work as of now.
