Still shocking service

I I am very unhappy with this situation.

ABSA has put a insurance policy on my vehicle finance without any notice or no documents has been sent to me. There was no concent given from my side to go ahead with this. I do have Motor vehicle insurance at Mutual & Federal, I have emailed the proof as they told me to do. I have sent through a copy of proof of my vehicle insurance with Mutual & Federal on 16/04/2013 and again on 26/04/2013 . Absa told me that they will cancel the car insurance which they put on my account and that I will be refunded the amount they took off my account. To this day I haven't heard anything from Absa. I phoned on 6 May 2013 and they told me that nothing has been done about my situation as of yet. My current monthly instalment is R 3 345 . 00 and R 4 544 . 87 was debited from my account on 16/04/2013 . This Policy that has been added to my Vehicle finance must be canceled immediately and the premium amount payed back to me in my personal bank account immediately.

This is my second complaint and still their is nothing been done. I want to be refunded the amount ABSA debited from my account to be payed into my personal account.
