On the 9th of September I was on my way back to work from the doctor. My husband was driving the car. We were driving on the Trichardt road. My husband move to the side of the road after he saw a car behind him speeding with her hazards on. We proceeded to move off the road completely for her to pass. As her car came next to us, the car handbrake slided into the right side of our car. Apparently she went to her friends house to pick up the friends partner who took pills and wanted to beat everyone (they wanted to take him to hospital) as they passed our car he attacked the driver and pulled the handbrake up resulting in them driving into us. (She knew this man was violent after he wanted to attack all of them at the flat already, they still proceeded in putting this man in a car, which he didn't want to get into) Due to the strike I only got my car back after about a month. Outsurance consultant adcised that they will ensure we will get our excess back from guilty party (R3000). Now OUTSURANCE says no they not going to TRY get it back because they feel she was in an emergency. I don't have 3000 just laying around, I need that money, they are there to protect ME NOT THE GUILTY PARTY! PHONE ME!!!
