Call centre recovery agent having a bad attitude

I have 3 personal loans with Nedbank and am struggling financially to make ends meet and I have contacted Nedbank on several occassions to make arrangements and have kept up to the arrangment plan since 2012. I received a call in January 2013 from a Consultant and have confirmed that I can only afford to pay R200 on each loan and the collector accepted my arrangment telephonically. I have been paying and my first R200 payment on each account was due by the 04th Feb 2013 and those monies went off. Since the last payments, I am being harrassed everyday telephonically from the number 011-4896000 although my next payments is due by the 04.03.2013. Today (27.02.2013) I received another call from an exceptionally rude Monica Mautlwa who was shouting and saying that I am a bad customer and I must not have a mouth with her coz I owe them the debt... I was highly upset as that is no way at all to speak to any customer, even if the customer is in arrears with the acc. I am not dodging my debt, I am paying as arranged. Should I not get an apology from Nedbank, I will sue for harrassment and the stress that the consultants are putting me further under. pls deal with Monicas attitude! unhappy!
