I've been in contact with Natalie for about two weeks now regarding an Oxford MBA student loan. She has just realised that I will be terminating my employment to pursue my studies and told me that because of that I may not get the loan. How has she been employed in the student loan division if she does not understand the term full time studies? While trying to resolve the issue with her, she transferred the call. I am yet to get a response.
