Poor Service at FNB

I have been a customer of FNB's for 13 somewhat years and have quiet a few personal loans with them as well.
I have tried applying for a further personal loan due to an unforeseen emergency however was declined several times.
I thereafter requested a decrease in my loan premiums and was told that I cannot do this as legal action will be taken against me.
I also received a temporary loan monthly and for some reason stopped receiving this as well.
I have called several departments in the bank and was not assisted in any way possible.
I am a premier banking account holder and do not appreciate this kind of service. I never receive a courtesy call from FNB and even when promised a call back, end up calling them for answers and service. I am disgusted by this horrible service and will consider moving to Standard Bank should my queries not be resolved urgently. Your loan staff are unskilled and unhelpful. And everytime I ask for a superior, I am cut off. I demand answers and solutions urgently failing which I will go to the media and will move banks.
