VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND EXTREMELY LONG WAITING!!

I had called finrite with regards to my phone being damaged as it is insured and then advised me to send them a fax with letter of dispute and a copy of my ID which I did on 24 may 2013 they said they would get back to me with regards to my insurance claim up until today I have still not gotten any response I called them 2 weeks after sending the fax and spoek to a teamleader and he advised that they got the fax and its still being investigated and he said he would respond to me via email which he didnt. VERY IRRITATED with the fact that I have been paying insurance of R86.00 a month for the full duration of my contract and they brought no value whatsoever. And I call MTN last night to find out seeing as I cancelled my contract will they be cancelling the insurance then they tell me I hwve to do it myself... but actually MTN took out insurance when I intially took out the contract. It appalling the type of service one gets after being such a loyal client.
