Having never submited a major insurence claim when my car got involved in an accident, i was streessed and not sure of the whole insurence claim procces. After speaking to josephine from budget and having explained to her the urgency to get my claim proccesed as a small bussines owner josephine quickly assured me that everything will be procced as quickly as posseble and boy did she keep to her promise, the whole claim was done within 2 weeks she went the extra mile to keep me informed every day on the progress made. as a bussines owner i know how hard it is to attact employees that act as ambarsadors to you brand so i salute budget for a job well done! in fact i am considering to move the rest of my insurence portfollio to them for being the company that i can trust i would rather pay more for a good service!
