I guess is true when they say cheap is expensive! If you want to experience incompetence and bad service by an insurence please try the BWM Insurence. I had my suspecions when the product was offered to me but I had trust in the Brand as I love the car, but their insurence division I MUST SAY IS A TURN-OFF.What little I knew was that, since it was a sunday morning I will be told that my insurence is not on duty I will be attended to on Monday and if I need a car I will have to pay for it and hopefully the insurence will reimburse me. Whilst this was a shock, I took the option and used my credit card with some dogdy Agency online and by Monday, the Consultant instead of being symphatetic with my situation was concerned about paper work I need to fill in before she could consider courtesis despite her validating me. After a brawl, she finally agreed to extent the car hire. The bad service where feed back and update just became a favour rather than service commenced. As I am writting, i am still without a car. Instead part of my claim is disputed as if the people were around when the incident took place. Why have insurence if its contribution is headache? indeed cheap is expensive!
