I've been with AA for 12 months.. It's been a very eventful 12 months (oops ;)) and through out that time this company has always gone far and beyond the call of duty for me. Today was no exception.
I phoned in to query my new premium rate; I thought it a little high but considering all my misfortunes and claims I've had to put through, I did understand and except my fate. I did however want to query if it was right and if there was anything that could be done to help a lady out. Sure enough there was. I spoke to Ashley Moodley who wasn't only polite, kind and competent but also sincere and genuine in his efforts to assist me. At the end of the day and a full 25 mins of telephonic interactions, Ashley managed to save me more than R200. I'm pretty chuffed and very impressed
