I phoned to cancel my insurance with A&G towards the mid/end of May. I normally cringe when having to deal with this company as their turnaround on past requests has been painfully slow... HOWEVER, I ended up speaking to a Mr Ashley Moodley this time. He convinced me to not only keep my insurance but I also ended up expanding my policy by adding specified items. It was Ashley's product knowledge and expertise that managed to keep me on board with A&G for the forseeable future, and my policy amendments were handled timeously. Thanks Ashley!
