I am writing this in order to express my gratitude for the high quality service provided to me by your call centre. I phoned Auto & General. I was attended by Ashley Moodley. You should be very proud of such an employee. The service was amazing. He answered all my questions, was very helpful and i ended up with a lower monthly premium.
I appreciate this attitude and believe that Auto and General have trained their staff very professionally.
