Last year i received a sms stating i had to fica or else my account would be frozen, like everyone else i did this. account fine. today i received another sms saying i have to fica!!! has this now become a yearly thing where we have to fica every year??? very annoyed with standard bank as i just got a new card in december from my main branch. i fica'ed at quagga centre branch, my main branch is montana. surely you cant expect us to take of work for a few hours every year to do such nonsense. but please feel free to freeze it-give me a reason to change banks!!! very annoyed with south african financial services...
