I an so annoyed from the BAD poor service i got from Standard Bank, i have asked for my bank statement for my closed account and I'm still waiting, lest the when i call them asking for the statement they said there were going to lock a call and i'll get the statement via email within 48hrs, when i call them today asking why have i not received the statement the tell me that it was already send this morning and they have send me a sms to which i did not receive, and i feel bad of the service I'm getting to Standard Bank Because i have been using it over 7 years. Moving you forward "i don't think so after the service I'm getting from them".
