Internet banking issues while working overseas

I work in Iraq and have had multiple issues where my internet banking pin and password has been blocked etc... The mistake is not from my side (entering the wrong details etc...) ABSA claims they cannot resolve the issue for me i have to " sort it at my own branch"

Do they expect me to fly to SA at my cost to resolve this issue? The helpline consultants do not even know how to help me and ABSA action line states i have to fix the issue at my branch!

I do not have anybody that i can trust power of attorney to so what now?
i was on leave app 4 weeks ago and have had issues with card etc, went to my branch to fix issues and to make sure this does not happen!

Back at work again and lo and behold " your internet account has been locked"

I simply cannot afford to quit a high paying job to " go to my branch to sort the issue out! "

ABSA does not care about their clients just about their money!
