Loss of personal interaction and client service

I moved from ABSA to FNB because of there advertising. They say they are better than "Beep Bank" and have the slogan "How can we Help"
Because FNB is moving towards a online digital way of doing business they are losing their personal touch with their clients. You are just a number on the computer. I had much better service and deals from ABSA.
I wanted to buy a car and applied to Wesbank for finance. The rate they offered me was bad and very "generic online service"
ABSA offered me a better deal with much better personal service.
I moved all my account from ABSA to FNB, the biggest mistake of my LIFE!
My advise to 'Steve form Beep Bank" is to stay with "Beep Bank" because all the customers will eventually come back.
