Firstly my new personal credit card which I have ordered was sent to the wrong branch. Secondly a transaction which I did on 1 June 2013 did not go through so I had to pay cash. I did receive a sms which stated that the amount was deducted from my account. I phoned the number that was supplied per sms and the person said that he recorded it and that someone will calll me back on Monday. Today (Tuesday) I once again phoned the numder on the sms. After 3 attempts and holding on forever I got through to Clifford. He said that I must log a dispute an that he will phone me back with a reference number. I thought that the dispute was already logged on Saturday evening. So now I suppose I just have to wait till something happen sometime and with the pathetic service which I have experienced this can take forever. Beep beep bank
