Disappointed in the so called quality service

On the 27/07/2013 i opened a cheque account with FNB. The agent informed me that after i had filled in the forms for the debit switch that the switch will take about three weeks. To my suprise none of my debit orders were deducted of on the said date which is the 1st of every month.

I followed up at the bank and another agent assisted me only to inform me that there was no request/form loaded. FNB is not living up the full potential of the advert "how can we help you".

Now I am being charged for the debits which have bounced.
