Extremely poor, disgusting service

27/08/2013 - 08h45 I sent an e-mail to contact centre requesting funds to be debited from my account on the 01st September.
29/08/2013 - 14h37 my e-mail was acknowledged and promised someone was going to get hold of me within 48 hours.
03/09/2013 - 10h05 I called contact center 0860879900 and i was on hold for more than 5 minutes and ended hanging up.
04/09/2013 - 09h55 I made another call to the contact centre and Noxolo Meyers assisted but the issue was not resolved and promised someone will call me within 24 hours.
05/09/2013 - 14h45 No one from MFC has called me back, issue still not resolved. The amount MFC was instructed to debit on the 01st September 2013 hasnt been done until this moment.

I found this type of service disgusting and unacceptable.
