No answer at call centre, no answer on e-mail

I have tried to reach the MFC contact centre numerous times and held on for quite a long time (each time I phoned) before eventually hanging up. I also sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] as the hold voice on the contact centre line states and have had no response to that e-mail - on the contact centre que they mention 1 day turnaround time on e-mails. All I want is a settlement letter as well as a copy of my vehicle's registration documents.
