I requested a border letter from MFC on 27/08/2013 i was told it takes 48 hours to come through, it still has not arrived in my my inbox. I made the dread full call to the call centre and was advised that they are waiting for a copy of the natis before they can issue a border letter. We have a family emergency in Namibia and are required to leave SA asap. I do not understand how MFC being the finance house, does not have a copy of the natis docs. I called the call centre on 27/08/2013 and requested the border letter request form, i don't understand how my call to the call centre couldn't be used as a request form and i had to fill in a written request and mail it back to them. as we speak i have been on the line with mfc for 20min and 40 seconds trying to get a border letter from them. this is disgusting and therefor i will never fiance a vehicle through mfc again. now i get told that the relationship manager at mfc has not yet given teh natis documents to mfc
